2. Reservation Eligibility

By completing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is correct and that you are legally authorized to make the reservation.

Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

• Present a valid government-issued identification upon arrival.

• Comply with the resort’s internal policies.

Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

9. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive at the resort on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation:

• The reservation will be marked as a “No-Show.”

• Full booking charges may apply.

• Refunds will not be issued unless otherwise stated in the booking terms.

10. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Respect resort property and staff.

• Follow all safety regulations and house rules.

• Avoid illegal or disruptive behavior.

Any damage caused during the stay may result in additional charges.

Resort Flow and the respective resort reserve the right to refuse service to guests who violate policies or behave inappropriately.

Resort Flow shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill reservations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Public health emergencies

• Transportation disruptions

• Political instability

In such cases, resolution options may include rescheduling or credit issuance, depending on the situation.

12. Limitation of Liability

Resort Flow acts as a booking facilitator between guests and partner resorts. While we strive to ensure accurate information:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

• We are not responsible for resort operational issues beyond our control.

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.

13. Amendments to This Policy

Resort Flow reserves the right to modify or update this Booking Policy at any time without prior notice.

The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.
